Very rude, poor customer service, and they lie. They never call you back and give attitude. They never do what they say they are going to do and change their stories every time you speak to them.

The lady who takes care of me is honestly kinda rude anytime I’ve had questions she laughs and makes me feel like an idiot- very apathetic. I’m a young college student and don’t have parents who are willing to help and I know that isn’t your problem but you could be a little more understanding and helpful.

Their website says it all We can be as aggressive as we want to be, literally rude mail messages, rude when calling you, rude when you call them back. Literally these people need to be put out of business at this point. I literally told them I couldn’t talk because I was at work and they still went into their spiel to me. There’s a magical thing called professionalism, this company should add it and it’s definition to their dictionary and class since they have neither.
