I reached out to Madia Law LLC about my case, and after reviewing it, they declined—but refused to give any reason why. Instead, they just handed me a list of other attorneys to contact. But without knowing why they wouldn’t take it, how am I supposed to know if these referrals will be any different?

At first, their operator told me it was a “capacity issue.” If that were true, why take the case for review at all instead of just saying upfront they were full? The explanation doesn’t add up.

I’ve never dealt with a law firm that refuses to provide even a basic reason for rejecting a case. A simple, professional response like “this doesn’t fit our practice area” or “we don’t believe it has strong legal standing” would have been better than silence. Instead, I got vague responses and no real answers.

This experience felt like a waste of time and completely unprofessional. If they can’t be upfront about something as simple as why they won’t take a case, how can anyone trust them to handle one properly?

Words cannot express how thankful I am for Madia Law.
