I conferred with Mr. Lusk in on behalf of my daughter. She had a custody trial in a few days, she had her own attorney and she had rec’d a settlement offer (to which she made a counter offer). I was hoping to have the offers reviewed and his opinion on the likely outcome. As a grandfather, I needed information to prepare my family for pending “changes” to our household and options if we did not like the initial ruling. Mr. Lusk reviewed the offers, told me which parts were the most important (and why) and he answered ALL of my questions. Based on his experience with the attorneys, judge and how the system really works he offered a candid assessment of the likely outcome if the matter went to trial. I received straight answers with no ambiguity. Mr. Lusk was extremely generous in sharing his knowledge. I left his office feeling empowered.

Mr. Lusk and I worked on a multi-million dollar deal together, and his legal expertise in the process was invaluable. Fortunately, I personally have never needed his services for domestic relations matters, but for anyone in need of legal representation in such cases, he is at the pinnacle of his field.
