Mr. Litton was my attorney for a car accident case. He and his staff was exceptionally professional, kind, caring and honest. I couldn’t have asked for better representation! He treated me with dignity and respect, answered all my questions and consistently kept me in the loop regarding my case. He put me as his client first! If I had to rate just the Attorney, Mark, I would give him 5 stars. He is very respectful, professional, and took a genuine interest in my case. He explained things to me in a way that I could really understand. However, at end of my case, I was transferred to another lawyer who seemed uninterested and rude. The same story goes for the secretaries. The first one I worked with, Vanessa was very attentive and understanding of my limited English, but later ones were rude and made it seem like helping me was a burden. The secretaries never explained any of the processes to me, they never seemed to know what was happening or be willing to find out for me. They would say they would look into it and to call them back. When I called them back they would say that they had already explained everything to me. Being Latino is difficult enough in this country and they made me feel like they were doing me a favor, rather than providing service they were being paid for.

Best attorney with a lot of experience in several areas. I’ve had to use him twice and I’ve been satisfied both times.
