I reached out to Liberty Law during a very difficult time where I was in desperate need of a good criminal attorney. I knew of Liberty Law’s excellent reputation and I was very fortunate to hire attorney Taylor C. Hartley. He gained my trust from the beginning because he was excellent in explaining what to expect, the legal process which is intimidating and difficult to understand. Taylor was punctual and ready at every hearing, and listened carefully to understand my case. He responded promptly all my questions and I felt he genuinely cared. Avoid them at all cost. I hired Jackie Lee Ball to represent me. She gave me inaccurate legal advice. Then once the contract was signed she bailed on my case after realizing the mistakes she had made. That was 3 years ago. I’m still paying the price for her malpractice. Due to her bad legal advice I have had to fight an uphill battle the past 3 years. I still have ongoing litigation. It has costs me tens of thousands of dollars and so much of my life that I will never get back. I have asked the owner of Liberty Law to try and make it right. He has refused. He refused to answer basic questions about mistakes made by one of his attorneys. He has been aware of the troubles over the past 3 years caused by their malpractice. I emailed him almost 5 months ago and he still refuses to respond. The lack of accountability and integrity by this law firm is shocking.
