These professionals are the real deal. I was completely overwhelmed when my claim was denied after my car accident. I am reading all the wonderful reviews and I feel like I need to add my horrible experience with these people so you know what you are getting yourself into. This is a huge firm and you will be just a number, so know that going in. Greg Terhune, a lawyer, is a horrible communicator. He doesn’t have the ability to answer questions but simply will restate what he already said over and over. Several times during our case I was told one thing and then the actual answer was another thing. I was given incorrect information so many times it scared me and I actually felt like I needed to hire a lawyer to protect myself from this firm. They do not have your best interests at heart, and thankfully they won’t pretend that they do. They will simply try to get you a check. They will say they are protecting you from future liability, but then if you want to get paid they will require you to sign all your rights away and indemnify them from any future liability. They did not send us to what I would say were even proficient medical providers. Ambulance chasers who poo-poo my husband’s actual concerns. My husband was seriously injured and no one caught it until I sought out the help of a private doctor and then, months later, my husband needed surgery. Please, seek out another firm, although I don’t know who that should actually be, but these guys aren’t it!
