I would give this law firm a negative rating if I could. Did not have the pleasure of working with them nor do I want to anymore. After calling for a consultation the secretary was very rude, uninformed and down right awful. My case has so much documentation and proof that malpractice has been going on for years. This “secretary” basically put the blame on me for having all these health issues I’m now facing at the young age of 30 as a mother of 2. She told me the statute of limitations in pa is 2 years and because of that I do not have a case. That’s a bold faced lie. There is a discovery rule in effect for pa that states an injured plaintiff has up to 7 years to file with the proper proof and evidence (which I made known I have). The fact she didn’t even know that and is working at a law firm? That’s actually comical. Shame on them and her. DO NOT work with this lawyer no matter how much $$ they say you will get. There’s plenty of other attorneys in the state who will believe you and fight for you, as I deserve as well!
