Angus and his staff are amazing!! They work together like a well oiled machine with sensitivity and expertise! They did not require me to wait on their help and took action to resolve issues at a rapid rate, and with great success. Angus and his staff helped me tremendously, were very professional and thorough. They all did not let anything slip through the cracks. Angus has a great ability to communicate with individuals on “their level” again with efficiency and gentlemanly impact! Angus is very busy, for obvious reasons, but he did not let me down one time as a result and while always kept me up to date-without waiting wondering. Afterwards, he even reached out to take an extra step, personally to go full circle with a follow-up call weeks afterwards to make sure all was well.
