I was referred to The law office of Mr. Rick Bannon after my accident, having never been in this situation before, I wasn’t sure what to do. It is my opinion that not all attorneys are the same, after some of the experiences I have had! Some attorneys just DO NOT have you the client’s best interest at heart. It seems many are just in the business to grab whatever money they can and then get paid as quickly as possible, instead of having the client “YOU” at the best of interest and fight for the most possible settlement that is worthy for the client! They even solicit their doctor friend who partners and participates with them to make you believe they are headed in one direction and when they together get in the right position, these doctors help to con and manipulate YOU into having to accept a settlement even before your property damage repairs are completed satisfactory. The attorney makes you sign a property damage release, releasing the insurance company from paying any more toward your property claim, just so the doctor and the attorney can get their paid settlement from YOUR claim! Some of these doctors are professing Christians who act one way toward you, until it’s their timing to suddenly close a claim, then the attorney uses the doctor to squeeze, demand and force an immediate settlement or lose any prior agreement, which I would call this manipulation!! When a doctor demands that you pay him immediately and that he can’t wait another few days… my only advice to these Christian doctors is “Let your conscience be your guide”! If you don’t have a conscience maybe you should stay at the alter a little longer! Beware of the attorney and his doctors you CHOOSE to represent you!!

I recently found myself in a more than unfortunate situation requiring a very specific set of skills to deal with a very scary and traumatic time in my life.
