I am a risk manager of a medium size company in Los Angeles. I have a law degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and practiced law for almost 30 years at some of the largest international law firms. We hired Mr. Fogel after interviewing three firms in the New York area for an urgent business litigation matter pending in Manhattan. Mr. Fogel gave us the most accurate analysis of the legal problem, formulated the best litigation strategy, and achieved an unequivocal victory in a case we had to win. Although we were on opposite coasts, Richard was available whenever we needed him, his rates were reasonable and fair, and he worked both diligently and efficiently. My only problem with this lawyer is that he is not in Los Angeles where we’d hire him to do more work for us.
