Amazing group of people who genuinely care about the clients that they represent. My child went through some traumatic things and was very scared of the whole situation and they did everything to help ease his fears and get him some justice. We are very grateful fir all they did.
I called in regards to suing CPS, as their worker absolutely did not adequately investigate prior to making their judgements, and the result was further harm and damage to my child. First, I was referred to a Family Law office by Ressler. When I spoke with them, they told me they do not take cases on to sue CPS. So, I called Ressler back and was placed on hold while they spoke with the paralegal I had previously spoken to. I was told again to call the Family Law office, even though I had said I already did when my call was answered. I wasn’t allowed to speak with the paralegal again to explain that said office told me to call them back as I needed representation against cps. This firm, for whatever reason, will not hear you out about your entire case prior to stating whether or not they can represent you in suing CPS. If they don’t take the time to listen prior to being hired, why would anyone believe they listen to their actual clients in order to represent them accurately? I would never want them representing my case, even if they did finally listen to the situation in its entirety!
I work with this firm, particularly Mr. Van Eck, from time to time and they are excellent in their practice areas. They work cases hard for their clients and are very professional. I highly recommend.
