I’m a full time student who is also working full time at night and have had the worse luck when it comes to being rear ended. But this time it resulted in my car being total and leaving me with so much anxiety and stress as I struggle to figure out how to deal with the aftermath of it all on top of school and work. Then I stumbled across Law Offices of Mark E. Salomone by chance and decided to give them a call on a whim and it turned out to be the best decision I’ve ever made! The client administrator that helped me and kept in direct contact with me throughout this whole ordeal was Courtney Miller. She was so so thorough, understanding, and most of all, so prompt in her email respond to me. I would usually have questions and concerns and would email my Courtney in a moment of panic and all my worries would be answered the very next morning! I’m so grateful to have found them and have them on my side throughout the whole process and what stuck with me the most was what they told me in the very beginning: “You just focus on healing and getting better, and we’ll take care of the rest”, and Law Offices of Mark E. Salomone did just that! They resolved my concerns, anxieties, and worries, and guided me through everything in such a promptly manner that completely amazed me.
