I’m a full time student who is also working full time at night and have had the worse luck when it comes to being rear ended. The client administrator that helped me and kept in direct contact with me throughout this whole ordeal was Courtney Miller. She was so so thorough, understanding, and most of all, so prompt in her email respond to me. I would usually have questions and concerns and would email my Courtney in a moment of panic and all my worries would be answered the very next morning! I’m so grateful to have found them and have them on my side throughout the whole process and what stuck with me the most was what they told me in the very beginning: “You just focus on healing and getting better, and we’ll take care of the rest”, and Law Offices of Mark E.
