Last winter I slipped and fell at a business parking lot in Lewiston. The lot was glare ice and had not been sanded. Although I was in sight of the store’s main window, no one bothered to come out and check. Fortunately for me a good Samaritan lady stopped to see if I was OK. I told her that I couldn’t get up and I thought my leg might be broken. She was kind enough to call an ambulance for me. I thank her to this day. She waited with me until the ambulance came. No one from the store came out to see if I was OK. When I called my husband to tell him that I was on my way to the hospital and what had happened, he was furious. While I was in surgery to repair the fracture of my femur, he called the offices of Joe Bornstein (like it says in the ad) He explained what had happened from what I had told him. Someone said they get back to him. The next day they called and said they would represent me and we never had to do another thing. They contacted the store’s insurance co.,checked with the ambulance drivers , the surgeon, and the hospital. After a prolonged fight with the insurance co. they got me a bigger settlement than I had imagined, During this entire process I only had to go into their office one time. They could not have been nicer. I am a 76 year old great grandmother and YES! they treated as if I was their own mother. I can’t thank them enough.

Great people to work with couldn’t of asked for anything more they took care of everything for me all around great experience.

Katie was my contact person and was incredible the whole team they gave me a number and I took it case closed but nope I got a call they were still fighting and I got more money case closed nope kept fighting and I got all the money that to me is above and beyond they didn’t get more money they got a flat fee they did this just for me they thought of me as a person the best call I ever made very very good people
