I have received excellent service from EYL. My accident occurred in early December 2021, and I was beside myself. This was my first, and hopefully last, car accident. I was clueless and did not know where to begin with the countless things I needed to do. A family friend recommended James Ok who worked for EYL. James was prompt and courteous. He was also calm and reassuring. He was precise and succinct with the information he provided to me. His explanation was detailed and easily understandable. He kept me updated throughout the whole process. I did very little on my end as everything was handled by the team at EYL. All I had to do was practically show up to my medical appointments. I had a few interactions with Sylvia Kim, who was handling the negotiation part of the claim, and she was incredibly professional, like James. I would like to thank everyone at EYL for such an amazing job in handling my claims. I cannot recommend EYL enough to everyone who needs a car accident (personal injury) attorney.
