Greg Abaray took on an INS case for me. A pipe broke under my house and did severe damages. The Insurance company was determined not to pay what was needed to repair my home. Greg fought and fought for me. I am so Thankful. Today I picked up the check for the settlement and it is more than I ever dreamed. I would have never seen one penny of money to repair the damages to my home if Mr. Abaray had not continued to pursue this case. I will be forever grateful to Mr. Abaray. Absolutely awful at communicating I waited 2 months for a return call when looking at my bill I was charged $70 to open and read 1 email, when I hired Allen his google reviews stated that he doesn’t take any cases to completion and he is Recusing himself from my case because he doesn’t want to do depositions he doesn’t think it matters to be overtly prepared when this case is extremely important to me as my children have been removed from my custody inappropriately I think having a few character witnesses is important but since he doesn’t he’s claiming conflict of interest I paid him $3500 out of $5000 he charged me for trial he refused my final payment and charged me $15,000 to continue and then slandered me in court when I arranged payment it’s so inappropriate when I have to face these people in a very important hearing that he would falsely slander me because they didn’t want to do their job. Allen is a very good liar he’ll tell you what you want to hear but when you check him on what’s been done all communication stops when I read his reviews it said he didn’t take anything to completion I figured anyone can get a bad review from the pandemic but it’s not just the pandemic he doesn’t finish anything and to wait 2 months for a return call is unacceptable he doesn’t even deserve the 1 star review
