I was involved in a collision on Oct 25 2024, by an Estes truck driver. My vehicle was totaled; the trucking company denied the claim but that did not stop Adam from pursuing them. It took some time and a court appearance, but it all worked out and on Aug 22 2025, a judge found in my favor and not only was I vindicated but I was awarded a settlement. Thanks to Adam Smallow and the Smallow team including Meghan E. Young for not giving up.
