I highly recommend Mr. Bevon for legal advice. He helped my roommate and me navigate a lease dispute earlier this year and kindly spoke with us multiple times to understand our situation and offer his guidance. Most importantly, he was kind to us in the middle of a very tense situation and took the time to listen to every detail about our situation even though it was likely small and insignificant compared to other work he was taking on at the time. Normally, you spend 15 minutes filling out some online form, or someone screens you with questions that have nothing to do with your issue, just for someone to call you back to say they do not handle those issues.
