Wonderful firm powerhouse of a woman. Julie along with her paralegal Robin are an awesome team. No nonsense to the point and work extremely hard for you. Unfortunately the system is what it is and everything is time consuming but that has no reflection on the service that you receive from this firm. I highly recommend the law offices of Julie A. Mersch.

I had a great experience with Julie A Mersch as my attorney. From the beginning she was very helpful and caring. She helped guide me through the whole process taking the time to answer questions and address concerns I had. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire her again. I would highly recommend hiring her for your legal needs.

I called Julie’s office to set up a brief (less than 30 mins) consultation. I was ready and willing to pay for her time, unfortunately I didn’t even get that far. I mostly spoke with her exceptionally rude and miserable secretary, Robin, who talked down to me the entire time we were on the phone together. Robin seemed like she essentially wanted me to explain my entire legal situation in less than 20 seconds so she could hang up and get back to reading her People magazine. From what I gathered Robin, the secretary, forwarded a brief description of our conversation to Julie so she could, more or less, decide whether or not I was even worth calling back at all. Julie actually did call back the next day… precisely 7 minutes before their office closed (don’t you just love that?). She left me a short voicemail in a run-of-the-mill tone of voice. I tried calling her back less than 30 minutes later but once again had to speak to her unbearable secretary, Robin, who told me Julie “is either not at her desk or gone for the day”. Robin was clearly in the middle of reading another magazine again and couldn’t be bothered to help me. I never heard back from Julie after that and I haven’t bothered calling her office again. As far as I can tell, based on their general attitudes and physical location near several personal injury attorneys (AKA ‘ambulance chasers’), this is basically just your typical Las Vegas cash-and-grab law office like any other. Don’t expect to get any help from Julie, even if you’re ready to pay her for it. Her office is only interested in very quick and very easy to win ‘slam dunk’ cases. In other words, a case that probably isn’t yours. She isn’t here to help you, she’s here to help herself. Just another typical downtown attorney. Don’t waste your time on Mersch Law like I did; just call somebody else entirely and thank me later.
