Apparently if you drop documents off at the county office mailbox – and said documents get lost – it’s not your fault. Imagine not tracking or handing documents directly to a person and into their hands. Poor service – lots of excuses – DO NOT – I REPEAT – DO NOT RETAIN this person. Charges a pretty insane premium for this quality of service. Pushed back my real estate projects an entire year. REPEAT: DO NOT RETAIN.
