Very unprofessional⮠I don’t know how else to word my experience with this law firm. I had a consultation set for 2 PM yesterday. I called at 2 PM and the receptionist took the money for my consultation. After taking the money, she then tells me that the lawyer, Mr. Fairchild is actually not in the office. That was problematic to begin with because she should’ve confirmed he was there and ready to speak with me prior to talking my money. Needless to say, the attorney never called and I took a whole hour from work waiting for his call. I called back today and the same receptionist never apologized and suggested him calling me today. I explained to her that I would rather not. Also, I did not have time to set aside and anticipate his call today. I asked her to please refund my money, and she said OK but she has to get the same lawyer that stood me up yesterday to approve it.. My suggestion is before you pay them for a consultation be sure to confirm that you are going to receive your consultation as schedule.

Brittany Roark handled my case with extreme professional and dignity. She was a court appointed lawyer for me. She took time to look over my case, review evidence and made sure I was prepared for court. We ended up getting a not guilty verdict for myself. I was very thankful and impressed that she took the time to handle my case like she did.
