Eric deserves all of the stars and beyond! There isn’t one day that goes by that I don’t think about how grateful I am for meeting Eric Mercer and having him as my family law attorney. Hiring an attorney regardless of need is never fun, so when the time had arrived for me to do so I was dreading the experience. In my experience, most attorneys are very black and white about matters, and at times it can be challenging to translate a complex situation into simple facts. From my first conversation with Eric I was pleasantly surprised. He took the time to chat with me for over 45 minutes (before I even hired him) during which he, without hesitation, provided me with constructive and practical advice right off the bat. As we progressed through my child custody case, his attentive, empathetic and considerate demeanor remained consistent and it has truly been wonderful to have him on my side during the most difficult time of my life. He is impressive in every sense of every way. Not only is he well-experienced, strategic and skillful but also kind, patient, compassionate and thoughtful.
