Used this firm last year that claimed to specialize in STR licensing. It felt more like an uncle that has his own Airbnb giving advice. Mixing up 101 fundamentals on the laws ie. Type 1 and 2 almost to the extent I wad educating him. I’m glad my business partner wasn’t on the call because that was poor due diligence and embarrassing. He rushed me off the call within 45 minutes. Then followup was week.
