I can’t say enough great things about Dave. I originally used him for a house purchase which had a few hiccups but he helped me navigate through the process. I called him again to help me purchase a business. He saw through some flaws in the contract and he was able to protect me as the purchaser. It made all the difference in the end. I highly recommend him.
