I’m a Ironman triathlete, I have been hit by two motor vehicle in the last 10 years. Both time Clay represented me. In 2013 a driver ran a stop sign and struck me broadside, in 2020 a driver crossed the center line and turned left into me. Insurance companies are the worst!! In both cases Clay got me the maximum amount the driver was insured for! I He is very good at what he does and at this point I consider him a friend!

Clay Griessmeyer is a great attorney who really has his client’s best interest in mind and is a strong advocate for his clients. He represented us in a jury trial and really impressed us with his attention to detail and effectiveness in the courtroom. He put a human face on our case and did a great job helping the jury better understand the circumstances of our case.

October 20, 2010 while riding my road bike I was T-boned by an un-insured motorcyclist. My insurance company, a major player in Wisconsin policies, made me an offer that would not even cover the cost of my bike! I turned it down and within 20 days my insurance company dropped me, denied my claim and even claimed I was 100% at fault. Nonsense. I was hit in a bike lane. The un-insured motorcyclist was deemed 100% at fault by police and was given three tickets totaling over $800. As a result of my hospital admission I received many letters from the large personal injury law firms.
