I received a speeding ticket this past Labor Day Weekend and the officer gave me a court date. I called Bobby on Tuesday and he had the charges dismissed within a week. No court costs/ticket/points on my license. I live 2 hours north of Rockcastle County, and did not want to have to appear in court. Bobby was a huge help and extremely easy to work with. I feel like he was fee was extremely reasonable. He did everything he said he was going to do. Would highly recommend!

It’s ok but sometimes when misunderstanding happend some don’t want or will let you explain. I never got to explain the circumstances that happened once upon a time , it’s no big deal but I was said to have said something I didn’t. They told it different I said I’d waited 2 months for a chance to see the surgeon .about my back surgery I had back surgery a couple months after this happened , there person that took appointments at the time said I was having back surgery , I didn’t say that . She just assumed it and told it . They didn’t take time for me to explain . But Bobby is a good person , it’s sad they didn’t give me a chance to explain what happened , I could have given them a excellent rating I appreciate all they did for me . But your suppose to listen to both sides . It lost him business while this person was there they don’t realize how many messes they made but that’s why I’m only giving 2 stars .
