This guy is a joke. How he keeps his law liscence amazes me!He really f’d me over in my case. FIND A REAL ATTORNEY!!!

For starters he’s WAY overpriced. The bankruptcy judge said he robbed us when we told him how much we paid for our proceedings. Homa couldn’t even bother to show up to court the first time either! My husband and I drove an hour and a half!!! For him to not show up and we had to reschedule. I was furious but my husband said to give him a chance. Homa FINALLY got back to us and told my husband he would refund him a couple hundred dollars. We had to ASK him for the check at the next court hearing and it was ONLY $150. NOT What he said it would be. And now we have questions regarding our case and things that still need to be worked out and where is Eric? No idea!!! WORST LAWYER EVER!

Cant seem to get in touch with him. Emailed and called him no response. Im not to happy at all with him. Might be time for the better business bureau. He has my money and not doing anything for me dont trust him
