I contacted Kristine Trocki for help modifying our prenuptial agreement. Her firm’s website says “creative intelligent Mindful” and those words are completely accurate. Kristine suggested several alternatives I had not thought of, counseling me on their advantages and disadvantages. We ultimately arrived at a much quicker, easier, economical and understandable solution. The firm handled every aspect of the process including finding specially qualified counsel for my wife and arranging a single meeting among all parties including a witness, to finalize all the documents. The entire process start to finish was handled quickly and efficiently, with attention to us personally which is a rare but highly valuable element of lawyer / client relationships. We both were comfortable and positive about the process, feeling we understood what we were doing and why. I highly recommend Kristine Trocki and her firm.
