Watch out. This law firm sends me a fake bill for $869 then a month later claims it be $2890. I never took services from the company they are representing. I never received anything from the company they are representing. I would assume this law firm does this over and over and practices scam behavior. Scam! Watch out!

Eric con Helms is the slimiest, most unethical lawyer I’ve ever dealt with. I never knew defaming me to people that I know and going out of his way to find more and more people to defame me to was a part of being a lawyer. He continues to harass beyond what is acceptable and lawful and this law firm will back him up 100%, which shows their lack of morals and ethics. He also tried to pin something on me during my bankruptcy yesterday, by asking where the asserts of the business loan was. He clearly knew because he had asked this before via email and I gave him all of the information to the person that had the assets. Thankfully, I said this on a legal recording. Just goes to show how dirty this lawyer this that he would essentially perjure himself to make me look like a thief in my bankruptcy hearing. The state bar should revoke his license and look into further ethics issues of this law firm. As a US Veteran that has lost everything related to my business went it went under, losing several thousands of dollars in personal possessions when the business assets were seized and almost going homeless, this lawyer and his firm haven’t ZERO empathy and will do illegal actions to take everything from you, including defaming you to anyone you may know. I’ll be looking into getting a lawyer to sue von Helms and this law firm.
