This review is my opinion based on my experience with Kocian Law Group. I am giving them only one star because that’s what they earned and deserve. I am giving them one star because they were able to get me a new authorized doctor but then were not able to get me anything else like injections which I was supposed to be authorized for. I was never reimbursed for things like mileage and time. My attorney never appealed any of the decisions made by the commissioner. It was a Very Disappointing experience to say the least. Fortunately, I have found someone else who is willing to fight for the Medical Treatments that I need. In my opinion, go to a Law Firm that is willing to fight for you and your needs. This is not one of them.
