I called for some assistance regarding a garnishment notice for one of our employees they had sent, and they refused to answer a single question. The person who answered the phone was rude and just kept repeating the same sentence over and over again. The paper work I received from them stated if I had any questions or needed additional information to contact them and gave their number. I would give them a 0 if possible… unfriendly, unhelpful and a total waste of time.

This office is a waste of time. They only want cases that are already worked and won. This gentleman said he would take my case and then told me that it was ‘”more work than it was worth”. Mr. Knight understood that the SSI dept didn’t have all the facts straight just that they had lots of medical records. He agreed that they had wrong diagnosis and that SSI wasn’t disclosing what condition they were using to determine their decision on. “I don’t know what to tell but I’m sending you a letter that I am not taking your case any longer, well good luck”
