You’ve attempted to leave this review last year and was removed. And yes you filed the same on Yelp under WILLIAM G.
We represented you for less than 2 weeks in 2018. No hearings were held while we represented you. Then you had several attorneys enter and withdraw on your behalf. The Court lastly noted YOU FAILED TO APPEAR IN COURT and DEFAULTED YOU. This is the reason for your results. Your behavior.
The last attorney representing you was attorney Slepkow who you also left poor reviews about. The police charged you (PC-2024-0555A) in 2024 with extorting Attorney Segal.
This has nothing to do with us.

I reached out to Kirshenbaum & Kirshenbaum for a consultation after being rear ended at a red light in Rhode Island, which resulted in an injury. After looking around frantically, I ended up being referred to this firm through a family … More

This firm was recommended by a friend. Initially, they were very informative, attentive, and dedicated to assisting me. Staff was always friendly and welcoming. I’d get emails or phone calls about the status of my claim and what’s needed. … More

Jesse and Chris exhibited unprofessional and unethical behavior during my legal case. A significant conflict of interest arose when Jesse, despite the clear ethical implications, proceeded with my case before Judge John Mccaan III, who was a former partner at K&K.
I was compelled to terminate Jesse’s services due to this conflict. However, I faced severe repercussions, including being denied visitation rights to my child,
which I attribute to retaliation for my actions.
Chris, as a supervising partner, failed to address this conflict of interest and ensure proper representation. Their primary focus appeared to be financial gain, regardless of the potential harm caused to my case and my relationship with my child.
K&K’s actions were negligent and have had a devastating impact on my family. Their subsequent attempts at intimidation further demonstrate a lack of professionalism and ethical responsibility, such as emailing and or calling me and telling me they are filing complaints to have my honest and forthright reviews taken down.
This firm’s response is a blatant act of denial. They claim they never represented me in any hearings, yet I have attached documentation from a hearing on 7/13/18, where Kirshenbaum and Kieshenbaum, specifically through attorney Jesse Nason, were my counsel.
During this hearing, before Mr. Nason could even withdraw after my termination of his services, Judge McCaan, a former partner at Kirshenbaum and Kieshenbaum and a close friend and colleague of Mr. Nason, made the following statement on the record: ‘Mr. Nason did a great job representing you.’ This statement was made precisely to lay the groundwork for the subsequent illegal and unethical actions that resulted in my being denied access to my child through an illegal adoption.
It is a well-known fact that Judge McCaan, throughout his entire judicial career, never presided over any cases involving Attorney Nason or any other party from Kirshenbaum and Kirshenbaum due to the inherent and undeniable conflict of interest arising from their professional and personal relationships. This firm’s attempt to conceal their involvement in this matter is both deceitful and reprehensible.
Jesse and Chris supersede dumb and dumber for the way they operate this “law firm”. These 2 are riding the coat tails of the real attorneys in this firm with brains. Jesse took my case in front of Judge John Mccaan III even though the Judge was a partner at K & K and there was A CLEAR CONFLICT OF INTEREST. I fired Jesse in front of this Judge on the bench and was lambasted for doing so thru retaliation of not allowing me visitation. Chris allowed Jesse to take this case in front of this Judge and didn’t direct his partner in crime (dumber) to ask for a new Judge. Jesse told me in his entire career he never took a case in front of Mccaan yet still took mine just so he could get PAID. Jesse is all about money regardless of the fallout. Chris is like a bad parent allowing such. Then not owning it afterwards. 6 years later I haven’t seen my child as a result. She is 6 years old. This firm ruined my family.
Evan Kirshenbaum is a pompous, arrogant fool, who lacks any true talent or even basic understanding of law. He has no morals, regularly lies and throws tantrums when he doesn’t get his way. He belittles others and preys on those with less them him. The reason he can’t get any attorneys to stay working with him at his firm is because they actually have integrity, which Evan severely lacks. Instead of embodying every negative lawyer stereotype, they actually respect the code of ethics they swore to uphold. More importantly, they value their own moral standards and recognize the low-life snake for what he is.
