I was in an unfortunate situation that I needed legal assistance. I was referred to Kinnard Law firm through an attorney that I had known for years. To make a long story short, Mark Beveridge took my case. Everyone at Kinnard Law were friendly, supportive, sympathetic, and extremely knowledgeable. They took great care to make sure that I understood every process. They encouraged me to ask questions. They encouraged my input and thoughts. I worked a great deal with Tyna, paralegal at Kinnard Law. She was great. She was a shoulder for me to cry on as well as the positive voice that I needed throughout the process. Tyna is a compassionate lady that seems to know when you need a little smile or an ear to listen when frustrated. Mark was always available to me. He always kept me up to date on everything that was happening. They made me feel like I was the only client, which I know they had many. Covid happened in the middle of everything but they kept working and as soon as we were allowed, they were ready. We finally came to a parting of ways, after almost 4 years.
