Chris deLambert and Matthew Stone are such great passionate lawyers they are amazing! I highly recommend them for any criminal and family law matters, affordable fees and free phone call consultation, great office location in the heart of Downtown Sanford, NC, what i don’t usually do is leave reviews or recommend anyone, now to work with the King Law firm (not the Sanford office) the actual headquarters King Law is the worst employer I’ve ever been with, they hired me, 10 days later after 30 hours of work, someone who i have no idea it is, called me and terminated me without a reason and they never even paid mea penny…. Sadly but truthfully a big time waste of my time and knowledge.. Back to a good review if anyone need good lawyers down to earth respectful and super nice you definitely need Matt Stone and Chris!!

Raleigh Location. Divorce. BUYER BEWARE. Get everything they tell you in writing. Hired them because I liked the concept of a case fee. On my initial discussions they gave me a price to handle my divorce from start to finish. I paid them thousands, and I was passed off to an attorney I hadn’;t previously spoken to, and later to a new associate. The associate attorney didn’t know that alimony was not tax deductible to the payer (that ended several years ago). I’m not an attorney but even I knew that. That was a HUGE red flag but since I had pre-paid for the work, I stayed with them. They created a Separation Agreement for me. Once it was rejected by my Ex, they then came back and asked for 40+% MORE MONEY. When I questioned their integrity on this, they quit my case. I have no recourse against them and have to start over with a new attorney. On the positive side, I hope to find a new one who will stand behind their word. EDIT 2-28-23. I did call them as their response requested the next week. I spoke to a managing partner who promised to find out what happened and get back to me within 3 days. That was 4 months ago and I’ve not heard anything from them.

This firm is terrible. As soon as you walk in there feels like an evil presence looms over the office. The attorney I had quit from there and barely did anything to help me with my separation agreement. Gave me a lower price of 3500 to do everything the separation agreement and the divorce. Then all of a sudden once he left and I got another attorney. All of a sudden it was 3500 only for the separation agreement. Even tho now I had a female attorney she had no empathy and basically sided with my ex. I ended up losing out more money in the end. They don’t care about you. The free advice they give out is completely the opposite of what they deliver. They only care about the money and do the minimal work required to help you. Sometimes I feel like I paid 3500 for them to be my ex attorney instead of mine. No stars. They don’t even deserve one
