I have known Kim for several years, therefore, I already know her to be an very honest, Christian Woman. I recently went to Kim for a Living Trust. Kim, along with her staff, (all staff), particularly Daniela, were genuinely caring, regarding a sensitive matter. Kim has assisted me in other matters, and did an outstanding job as well. I highly recommend Kim, as she is very knowledgeable of the Law, while having compassion for her clients. My experience with Kim and her staff was Excellent.
I’ve been meaning to write this for a while, but because life got in the way, I kept putting it off. This is time of the year though, when we are celebrating thankfulness, giving, and the birth of our Lord and Savior, and we are reminded of the people who have touched our lives immeasurably. Kimberly Lowe is one of those people. She did not represent me; she represented a good friend of mine. This friend had gotten into some trouble to the extent that eventually he got caught. Kimberly met with him and literally changed his life. She spoke to him as a person, not as the papers in front of her that listed his transgressions. Just having another person speak to him without judgment, with compassion, with caring, kindness, and with the thing he needed most⮮hope, he came out of there a different person. He paid his dues without complaint and is, to this day, living his life as he was meant to. Kimberly, thank you for giving me my friend back, and for giving him the tools he needed to change the direction he was heading. For this, I will always remember you, and should I ever need legal services of my own, I’ve got your card in my wallet.
This attorney’s paralegal team did not make any effort to represent me professionally at all! If they had their way I would have spent Christmas in jail! The next attorney made 2 phone calls and fixed everything in 2 hours. A written complaint to the Mo bar is being sent in. Here is the email I sent to them: -This was a time sensitive matter that everyone in your office contributed to dropping the ball. Since I have been in contact, it became obvious I was being led on that you would be representing me. Your office deliberately did no work on my case since Monday! Even if the attorney is unaware of both the paralegals lack of professionalism, and negligence, they are responsible for ensuring compliance in their office. I have already taken care of the entire matter with another attorney. We had the case wrapped up in 2 hours. I will be filing a written complaint to the MO Bar. In the future your office laddies should be taught when a client says please hold on, don’t nicely hang up on me, the proper response is not “merry christmas and hanging up the phone” Please for your own good no one ever risk an important matter with this office. I will add the attorney is stuck with no choice but to take the word of the staff over a new client. But it does not change the truth. I know it’s tough to find good help in rural towns. But no one would want to be treated the way I was during an important matter.
