I decided to retain Mr. Weldon after seeing the positive reviews. He returned my initial contact quickly and met with me within a week, expressing confidence in getting my divorce accomplished. I paid his (reasonable) fee up front. My case ended up being more difficult than I had anticipated, through no fault of his. I am dissatisfied with his communication, timeliness, and follow through. He doesn’t seem to have any staff. I asked him to let me know when I could expect things to happen and he didn’t. I often emailed numerous times to get a response. After no response from my request for an update three days ago and verifying with the court that what I asked for over two weeks ago hasn’t happened, I’ve hired another attorney.

Kevin did a great job. He listened to what I needed, was responsive, and kept me informed of the process. We agreed to a rate and even though we had a few unexpected bumps with the court along the way, he kept true to his word on the rate. I highly recommend Kevin and can’t thank him enough.

Thank you So here is it all laid out Kevin Weldon is the kind of attorney that doesn’t pay attention. I have been trying to sue a large company for a YEAR and he has done nothing about it. I was a vendor they refused to pay, not the only one, and he called them a few times. The other vendors lawyers got a response and check in around a month, 11 months later I have not. I have reached out and email/called the company 5xs more then what he did. In the end, last month I got the exact instructions on how to get it. He didn’t have to buy in as a vendor, he just needed to contact them as a lawyer on the vendor list and they would send him the paperwork right then and there. Guess who stopped responding to me and has been ghosting me? I offered him 60% of the $3500 if he won, I just wanted to stick it to the company. He didn’t work for it. I offered to pay him cash just to get it done, he never accepted. He is a paperwork layer, I needed a new contract for my buisness, I asked how much for it, I would pay cash. Guess who got no response. He helped me with paperwork for my fathers death and will and that is the reason I stuck with him. I didn’t want to talk ill of him but after a year? Go somewhere else, he doesn’t like responding to the people who think they are his clients. Mr Weldon, thank you for the help with the will. I would have liked to continue our relationship.
