STAY AWAY!!! Kevin Adams and his law office staff are unprofessional and exhibit unpleasant practices of not responding or responding rudely/aggressively towards their client. As previous reviewers stated, they are non-responsive and unpleasant to work with. They go months without communicating and neglect to return messages. I had an injury case where the insurance company offered a low ball settlement. I wanted to proceed with a trial, knowing a strong case could be presented, but my lack of confidence in his communication/professionalism made me decide to take settlement offer. After finally receiving settlement almost 2 years after injury, my payment was $1000 short of what was stated to be received – then Kevin Adams told me I had to wait 2-4 weeks for insurance company to correct mistake, which was unacceptable. After requesting my check be sent promptly, I was told my phone number would be blocked and no further communication regarding issue would be received – until he decided to pursue insurance agency regarding issue and they decided to send the payment. His services have been terrible and the staff’s communication and professionalism are hard to believe – can’t understand how he stays in business. I am moving forward with sending a formal complaint to the Kentucky Bar Association regarding his perceived violations, and would advise others to do so as well that have experienced his dissatisfactory representation. Kentucky Bar Association Statute SCR 3.3130 (1.4) Communication outlines obligations a lawyer has to their client regarding timely and effective communication. In my experience, Kevin Adams does not meet requirements.

I have a ACTIVE case and dont have a clue of what’s going on, or how he’s working on my behalf, NOTHING! I’ve put in countless calls with no response. I have left messages no response. I have questions, but left wondering. I’m baffled! I tell people I have a lawyer but, dont know what to report is happening with the case. I signed papers 8wks ago, and that was the last time I had contact. I dont understand.
