*edit*- sadly, the amazing lawyer who handled my case no longer works here. The lawyers who do work here have taken on some pretty “scum of the earth” clients. I no longer recommend this firm. Kershisnik law handled my divorce and custody case 4-5 years ago. Understandably, my stress was high, I was raw, I was upset, I was on edge and they handled everything so gently and were very supportive of me in every way. I am so thankful for their perfect balance of professionalism and truly caring about the individual and their feelings, their needs, they are awesome. I called back today, needing some documents from my case, and found that both the lawyer who handled my case, and the assistant I worked with are no longer there. Thankfully, the woman who answered the phone and helped me out was every bit as helpful and compassionate as the type of person I’ve come to be confidant that I will find working there. I cannot thank this firm enough, and they should definitely be the first call made from anyone who needs counsel in their areas of expertise.

I don’t think it gets better than pat and his team! They handled my divorce, and now are handling my custody case. They always handle me with care. They make me feel like they truly care about me, and have an abundance of patience with me through the process when I ask an endless amount of questions to better understand the process. I’ve never once felt like they weren’t on my side. I have massive anxiety, so I’ll admit I call in probably more than necessary to ease my over-thinking brain, and they always calm my fears and anxiety. The empathy they display is immense and never ending. I will never be able to convey what pat and the gang has done for me and how wonderful they’ve been.

Mr. Kershisnik and Yvette cooper were immaculate through the whole divorce process that I had gone through. Anytime I called I would get a call back as soon as possible or talk to one of them right away. They were very clear on all the steps that I had to go through and I would 100% recommend this law form to anyone going through a divorce.
