I have have NOTHING but positive things to say about this firm, Attorney Bradley Zoppoth, especially! I contacted the him about a “situation” (I’m purposely being vague for legal reasons.). Other prominent lawyers were willing to take my case, but all of them wanted me to let a bad situation get worse and go through the EEOC process they are familiar with before they’d formally represent me. None really thought that the path I wanted to go would be fruitful. Brad was honest with me — he too had never gone the route I wanted to go. Still, he was willing to try and I think that’s a huge deal! It took courage for him to admit that, even more to trust me and believe that though I don’t have a JD and haven’t passed the Bar. He believed in me — knew I knew what I was talking about and trusted I would fight harder for myself, than I’d ask him to fight for me. While I understood the stance the other practitioners were taking, I needed out of my situation immediately! My health and home life were paying the price; I honestly didn’t care how much better I’d fare {financially} if I waited for EEOC to its course, or I waited to be terminated so I’d have a wrongful termination suit and/or that boost my EEOC charge. I needed to be wise about every move I made and needed the other party to know that I meant business. I could NEVER have done that without legal representation. I’d done some ground work on my own behalf, so knew that the “just right” attorney could do even more. It was just a matter of finding that lawyer/firm. Attorney Zoppoth was/is THAT lawyer! He called me back within a few hours of me having submitted an online inquiry. He listened intently as I provided an overview of the situation, steps I’d taken to date and my desired outcomes. He didn’t just listen; he HEARD me! What I appreciated most was that Attorney Zoppoth truly heard me when I made it clear I knew what was realistic in terms of outcomes, monetary and other. That meant a lot because he was never condescending; he was focused on the finish and that was his attitude the whole way through. Attorney Zoppoth was timely in his communication, prompt in returning emails and calls and candid about everything. He respected me as the subject matter expert of my experiences and never — EVER denigrated or minimized what I was going through. When I made suggestions he went with them when they made sense; he redirected me when they didn’t, but was always kind and thoughtful, and engaged with a tenor of mutual respect. He’d also educate me as to why my suggestion wasn’t the best move. Working with him was truly collaborative. When it was time to double down and be firm with the other party’s counsel, Attorney Zoppoth showed grit. That’s a big deal and says a lot about his heart b/c he was up against a global firm that represents some of the biggest corporations in the world! Attorney Zoppoth never showed a sign of being intimidated or unwilling to fight. I respect that. Attorney Zoppoth worked closely with an Associate in the firm, Attorney Catherine “Cat” McCloskey. She too was great to work with and when Attorney Zoppoth’s trial, deposition, vacation or other schedules kept him from responding emails to or otherwise corresponding with me, Attorney McCloskey ensured there were no gaps in communication. I hope I’ve painted a clear enough picture to make anyone reading this feel good about contacting and/or retaining this firm. If they’re able to assist, they will, and will be transparent about how. If not, they’ll be honest and say so. During my first call with Attorney Zoppoth, I gave a desired outcome (monetary amount). He got that amount! Other lawyers were encouraging me to take what was initially offered to me, which was about 75% LESS! I highly recommend the Zoppoth Law Firm/Kentucky Employment Lawyers!

Bradley was wonderful
