Working with Pat Kramer was a blessing in itself. He was professional, courteous amd made sure I understood everything as the case moved forward. After I was injured at work, and getting nowhere with the company work comp system in place, I called Pat and he throughly explained the process to me, letting me know all the options before proceeding, all I was hoping for is to get the medical bills paid for and the time missed from work, due to my surgery.
