This man incorrectly filled a writ of execution, which would seize her home, against my mother, who happens to have the same name as a criminal. He did not do his due diligence to make certain he had the right person prior to filling the paperwork, and has yet to correct the wrong. When visited be my mother to prove he had the wrong person he was very rude even suggested she change her name. He has ignored a letter from the judge asking him to handle the matter. And has treated my mother as if she is in the wrong.
