I’m a paid legal services customer who was referred to the Keeton firm for my traffic citation I received while attending an event in the area. As an out of state person, getting local representation is obviously paramount to ensure everything is taken care of correctly on my behalf. Numerous calls to this practice were answered as if they had zero interest in helping me, each time they took my information and promised someone would return my call, but I’ve never heard back from them. I don’t have a lot of experience to rank this firm against others, but I have worked with a firm for basic family items like a simple will and the recommended firm was fantastic although I’m sure it isn’t a money maker for them. If you need simple common legal help, the Keeton firm probably shouldn’t be your first call based on my experience!
