It took John 3 years to settle my case and I ended up getting less than 1/3 of what I deserved. He should have made up for it out of the thousands I paid him. He lived out of his office which was the first red flag. It was disgusting. At first he was nice and helpful but once the contract was signed he was aloof and condescending when ever I had questions. In the end I had to pay ALL of my own medical bills that went to collections. He couldn’t even get the insurance company of the driver who rear ended me to cover them. I implore you to go talk to anyone else. EDIT 10 MONTHS LATER- still getting medical bills in the mail that I am stuck with. So far John Kannin made thousands from my case, robbed me, talked me into settling for less and now I have spent my whole settlement on my own bills and left with nothing.
This attorney is very knowledable. He is a professional an animal lover. Will go way out of his way if he ” deems” wrongful actions were commited”. I recommend this attorney not just if you get hurt. But if you really need excellent judicational and or civil litagation or mitagation required. Mr. Kannin can do it.
