Called in. He asked me to give him a “sentence” on what my situation was. After only a second he said “not what I work on” and then continued to hang up. RUDE!

Mr. Kafka is one darn good attorney! His service to me was relatively quick, and he kept me abreast of all that was happening. I found him to be extraordinarily professional, succinct, and smart. And let me tell you, succinct and smart are the two most valuable qualities when paying an attorney.

What a horrible man. I was referred to him by my legal insurance to help me with my dental insurance refusing to provide me with treatment for a broken/infected tooth. He said that he wouldn’t be the right attorney for my problem because he’s a contracts attorney, then when I asked why this wouldn’t be a contract issue since they are denying benefits I am contracted to receive, he just sighed like he was annoyed & hung up on me. The most unprofessional attorney ever!
