Personal Injury Medical Malpractice Catastrophic Injuries
Been waiting approximately 2 months for a reduction in child support agreement that they said would be completed within an hour. Tried calling for past 3 weeks, goes straight to voice-mail. Left several messages with no response. S topped by the office twice during normal business hours, lights wete off and no note on the door stating why they were out. This negligence has cost me a few thousand dollars and I’m still waiting on a response. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for somebody to handle your legal matters.
I paid this firm over $4700 as a last resort to take my case – because the defendants had extreme rap sheets a mile long and I ran into a conflict of interest with 3 other firms in town -due to public defense in representing these contractors in their delinquent and felony offenses. I was so happy to have found a firm after several other consults that did not have a conflict. At first, after researching Attorney Zeigler and reading about being a family man, church oriented and etc. before my consult, I was thrilled. At the consult , Att. Matthew Zeigler seems well educated. I paid to retain him for my ‘Bad renovation” case. 13 months later, we finally had a deposition. Unfortunately, Matthew seems like a whole different person…shirt untucked, no shoes, office in extreme disarray…Biting his nails like he was a dog chewing on a bone , during my questioning from their attorney. I was actually embarrassed of his presentation of himself at this deposition. And them Covid Hit…and then Attorney Ziegler was arrested for assault and child abuse along with several other counts. – by the time our arbitration hearing came up without any communications. I was at a loss on how this case was going to come out. I had lost faith with this office without returning any of my calls, nor emails until the day before the hearing.. the hearing was a complete joke. We did win the case for the ‘minimum’ fee of $200 because these contractors did not have a contractors license ($100) , nor insurance ($100). This renovation has now cost me over 20G in the end. Just on the portion of what these contractors had neglently done in my home terrible Bathroom tile remodel – new porch with a leaky roof and incomplete stone work. the Vent pipe under shower was put in sideways and vented nothing ,exposed sewer fumes to my business… walls weren’t square, shower tiles had cracks from floor to ceiling in all 3 corners. Electrical live wires were shoved in the wall without end caps. I had videos and photos of everything..not even used in the presentation of the case.
I have to say as a client and a long and painful court battle coming to an end Zeigler & Associates helped me out tremendously honestly I should have gone to them first I would highly recommend them to anyone who was in the same situation as I was before now, loved how I was heard and how I actually had a fighting chance, Thank you Bryan Fitzcharles you are awesome man ^_^
