WEAK! This guy dragged my case for 4 months only to submit paperwork to an insurance co. Buckled and bailed on me when they turned down my claim. WEAK! Insisted that come to his office in the rain, sick, with several health issues, pregnant, with a toddler via public transportation (did I mention in the rain!) Under the FALSE pretense that I needed to sign paperwork only to waste my time further to tell me he would not represent me! WEAK! Not to mention heartless and inconsiderate! I dont understand why and how people are allowed to practice law if they arent looking to get justification. Mr. Bernstein sometimes the right road isn’t the easiest! I just wonder how you would feel if someone treated your wife and wasted her time as you did mine!
