I was severely injured on a job in 2020 by falling off a ladder. I began the process of filing a work comp claim to get work comp to cover things and right off the bat they began doing everything they could to not only NOT take care of my medical needs, (in this case back surgery,) but would also take days or even weeks sometimes to respond to emails, calls texts etc. All while I was left disabled with no income. This was my first ever work comp related injury so I didn’t know what to do.
