Worst experience ever! I was in a car accident in January 2020 the accident wasn’t my fault so I was looking to have John Bales represent me. From the beginning it took forever for them to do anything and couldn’t get my attorney to answer the phone or call me back, this went on for about a year and they appointed me another attorney, again a year goes by can’t get them to call me back after leaving multiple messages. Finally i get a third attorney Jim Miles Jim was nice at first and told me sorry about everything and he was going to make sure he keeps me updated, nope same thing happened with this Jim guy i couldn’t get him on the phone, another year has gone by and I’ve called 20+ times asking them to please call me because it’s been over three years at this point and still haven’t heard from my attorney and it is now March of 2023. There are alot of attorneys out there I highly recommend calling somebody else John Bales attorneys are trash do not waste your time with them!

This firm will have your back when it feels like the world is against you. After my car accident I was very overwhelmed. Between my severe injuries including a broken arm and a back injury that is still requiring ongoing chiropractic care and the fact that my only car was demolished and undrivable when the person hit me, as well as the insurance being incredibly difficult to deal with even with clear proof from witness statements and police report as well as my medical bills I was so very relieved that John Bales Personal Injury group accepted my case to represent me in my claim against the at fault driver’s insurance company. Now that things are in their hands I have had to do very little to move my claim along and look forward to the win it seems we are moving towards. They are so thorough and caring in their approach.
