They lied and deceived me. Now they refuse to release my case. I told them I was injured in a semi truck collusion and that I have just recently filed a lawsuit. Would they take it over, and they said yes we want your case. It got sent to Dallas. Dallas did not want the lawsuit because they claim I already had an attorney working on it, which is not the case. I told them no. They are the only attorney. They said ok. We will then most likely transfer it over to our litigating department. She lied and deceived me. She requested to Nadler’s office staff that they do not want to handle the lawsuit and they want it released. She told me one thing and the office staff of Nadler something differently. Then they said you filed a lawsuit so we do not want it. So that is fine, but they refuse to release my case. They have held on to it for a while and they tell me they will get to it when they get to it. I have called many times, sent emails and voice messages. Nadler office staff said for me to call them to have it released, but they refuse. They are taking me hostage. Today I begged them to release it so I can seek treatment but they refuse. Their communication is very poor! It seems like they hide from their clients.

Ramona Flores has great communication and is extremely polite when it comes to reaching out. I appreciate Mr.Adler & associates so much for the hard work and dedication they all have put in my case. Thank you so much for the patience you all have for me and my family. Would definitely recommend to all family and friends and even people I don’t know because the work you guys do is extraordinary.

I hired Jim Adler’s firm on November 23rd and after talking with the initial investigator, I haven’t spoken to no one. I’m leaving messages EVERY DAY and not a one has been returned. Elsy Duran is supposed to cage manager; she will NOT retutn a call. I left a message for Mr. Castille… no call back and even left a message for the attorney…. no call back! This is ridiculous and my chiropractor has put in a referral to a specialist over 10 days ago… that hasn’t been responded to either. They should be embarrassed to even get one rating like this, but I see that I’m not the only one. Smh. **EDIT** A year later and NOTHING has changed. I’ve called Martha Chavez at least 7 times and she never returns a call. The last time I spoke with her was in November of last year; she gave me the options and I told her that I would settle and she told me that I should be hearing back from her within two weeks and it’s about to be APRIL. Mind you, I hired Jim Adler’s firm in November of 2021 and I’m still dealing with this!
