My mother had approached the firm to change her will for a variety of reasons. Before the changes were completed my mother was diagnosed with cancer and she passed away shortly after as she refused treatment. Rick Regh came the my rescue by ensuring my mother wises were instituted. In addition, he provided advise about my mother’s home and estate that made a tremendous difference in managing her estate and the probate process. To say the least i had no idea of what to do and was an emotional mess. Through it all Rick stood by me, offered advise, and was patient. For example, right up front he advised me to get statement’s from her and her Physician about her mental state as she made here wishes know. Also was instrumental in getting her home in a survivor-ship deed that made sure the home was in my name at the time of her death. (I know the terms I used are in correct but you get the idea) The bottom-line, Rick and your firm provided expert advise and superior customer service. In the future if I need legal help the first place I plan to go is Jardine, Stephenson, Blewett and Weaver.
